PERSONAL/GROUP TRAINING

We offer 1-on-1 and small group training to help empower you to strive and exceed your health, fitness, and performance goals!

Personal training is an excellent option for individuals looking for a 1-on-1 coaching relationship that ensures you’re on the right track to achieve your needs and goals. We believe in keeping your program simple and effective to progressively build a solid foundation to set you up for success, give you confidence and gain knowledge – all for your long-term success.

Together, we can work to not only improve body composition but to keep you on track, keep you motivated, and keep you focused on achieving your goals – whether that’s to decrease body fat, build muscle, or live a healthy lifestyle. If you have any specific health conditions or injuries, we will collaborate with your physician or physical therapist to create a safe and effective program.

We also offer semi-private and group training for those that like to work with family members and friends. Unlike regular BOOT CAMP classes, our semi-private training and Strong & Fit Camp produces RESULTS! We keep it small (up to 6 people to coach ratio) which provides more attention to each person's technique. With quality attention and exercises that fit your needs, you can burn fat and get stronger quicker - especially because your workout will be performed efficiently, correctly and safely. By training in a group of typically 2-6 people and 1 coach, you benefit from keeping each other accountable and motivated, and having friendly competition. It's also more cost-effective and affordable than 1-on-1 training.

JOIN OUR STRONG + FIT CAMP

Our Strong & Fit Camp group training is for those that like to feel like they are apart of a team. Each workout is fun and motivating, you get more out of your workout with a little bit of a friendly competition. It is a max of 10:1 coach ratio - still small enough to ensure that everyone gets quality attention while also maximizing results! It includes:

  • Group training session (up to 10 people)
  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Structured Program
  • Nutrition & Recover Strategies
  • FUN team environment

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our 1-on-1 private personal training is an excellent option for someone with variable schedule - including executives and stay-at-home moms. This is for someone who might be new to fitness and needs proper attention. Also, it is great for anyone looking to reach their fitness goals QUICKER or have a specific deadline. It includes:

  • 1-on-1 personal training session
  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Goal specific individualized program
  • Nutrition guidance & plan
  • Take home recovery & flexibility exercises

SEMI-PRIVATE

Our semi-private personal training is for those that enjoy working out with a family member or a friend. It sets you up for success because you and your partner can motivate and hold each other accountable.  It is a 2:1 coach ratio, which makes it more affordable than your private personal training while still giving you the quality attention you deserve! It includes:

  • 2-on-1 training session
  • Comprehensive assessment
  • Structured program
  • Nutrition & recovery strategies
  • Partner Accountability
