Strong & Fit Bootcamp group training empowers you to strive for and exceed your health and fitness goals! Unlike regular BOOT CAMP classes, our Strong & Fit Camp produces RESULTS! Each workout is fun and motivating, you get more out of your workout while feeling like part of a team! We keep it small with a max of 10:1 coach ratio - enough to ensure that everyone gets quality attention while also maximizing results!
With quality attention and exercises that fit your needs, you can burn fat and get stronger quicker - especially because your workout will be performed efficiently, correctly and safely. By training in a group, you benefit from keeping each other accountable and motivated, and having friendly competition. It's also more cost-effective and affordable than 1-on-1 training.
