3-MONTH/6-MONTH HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Individualized Program For Athletes 13+, 60-Minute Sessions, 2-3x/Week

Program Overview:
- Individualized strength & conditioning program tailored to athlete's needs & goals
- 2-3 training sessions per week
- Max of 6-8 athletes per session

Access program on our ELITE Training App with the following features:
- Calendar & Workout Plans
- Exercise videos, demonstrations, and notes/instruction
- Track progress & PRS
